Start with the core control basics: use the 8-way joystick to navigate the isometric map, with two primary buttons: one to fire your standard assault rifle, and one to place timed explosive charges that detonate after 3 seconds. Your first priority on every level should be locating all enemy time bombs as soon as you spawn: the small mini-map in the top-right corner of the screen marks every bomb location with a bright red dot, so you can plan your route immediately instead of wandering aimlessly and wasting precious time on the level timer. When moving between bombs, use your deployable explosives strategically: place them around corners to flush out entrenched enemy troops without exposing yourself to gunfire, and use them to destroy concrete barriers that block your path to bomb locations, rather than wasting rifle ammo that you’ll need for fast-moving enemy drones and rocket troops. If you’re playing in two-player co-op mode, split roles to save time: assign one player to clear paths and take out incoming enemy waves, while the other focuses on locating and defusing bombs, which will cut your average level completion time nearly in half. Always pick up power ups as soon as you spot them: the rapid fire upgrade lets you fire non-stop for 20 seconds without reloading, perfect for taking out boss enemies, while the extra time power up adds 30 seconds to your level timer, a critical lifesaver on later levels that have 6 or more bombs to defuse.
