Mastering Brain starts with nailing the basics: your 4-way joystick moves your cursor across the grid, while the single action button lets you swap adjacent tiles. Start every level by scanning the entire grid first for pre-existing matches, rather than jumping into random swaps immediately: this will save you precious seconds on the timer and let you spot cascading match opportunities that can clear large chunks of the grid in one go. The roaming security drones follow set movement patterns for the first three levels, so take time to memorize their paths instead of wasting lives dodging randomly. Red drones move in consistent straight horizontal lines, blue drones stick to vertical paths, and yellow drones only chase you when you are within 3 tiles of their position—you can use this behavior to lure them away from sections of the grid you need to work in by moving briefly into their detection range, then darting away to the opposite side of the screen. If you want to climb the high score leaderboard, prioritize chaining matches together: each consecutive match completed within 2 seconds of the last gives you a 1.5x score multiplier, which stacks up to 8x for 7 consecutive chains.
