First, remember that both games use simplified summoning rules: most low-level monsters do not require tributes to summon, so prioritize building a core of 15-18 low-star (1-4 star) monsters with attack stats over 1500 for early game progress. This lets you pressure opponents from turn one without wasting resources on complex setups. For deck building, always keep your total deck size as close to 40 cards as possible. Adding extra situational cards just for fun will dilute your draw pool, making it far less likely you’ll get key attack or disruption cards when you need them most. When farming DP, the in-game currency for unlocking new card packs, target low-difficulty NPCs that spawn frequently in open world areas. You can beat these opponents quickly, earn consistent DP, and unlock all the card packs you want before taking on tough story bosses.
