First, always monitor your sand charge meter: every time you rewind time to undo a fatal fall or missed attack, you consume one charge. Replenish charges by defeating sand creatures with finishing moves instead of just spamming basic attacks — wait for an opening after an enemy dodges, then land a killing blow to absorb their sand and top off your meter. For platforming, which makes up over half the game, remember that you can hold the jump button to adjust your mid-air position slightly, a trick many new players overlook. When running along walls, hold the direction toward the wall to extend your run, and time your jump off to land perfectly on the next ledge. If you miss a jump, do not panic: activate time rewind immediately, even if you are already mid-fall, to undo your mistake. This power is designed to be used often, so do not hoard charges unless you are approaching a boss door. For boss fights, every boss has a clear predictable pattern: the first sand giant slams the ground three times before pausing, which is your only window to strike his exposed chest. Later bosses require you to stun them with the Dagger before landing finishing blows, so save at least two to three charges for these encounters.
